Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by eTech Digital Solutions Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
eTech Digital Solutions provides IT consulting, software development, cloud integration, cybersecurity, AI automation, UI/UX design, DevOps, IT support, and digital marketing services. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, code, designs, and deliverables created by eTech Digital Solutions remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the applicable Service Agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 3 years after the termination of services.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual Service Agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTech Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements beyond what is explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
